Insurance Registration
TSI Sports (800 Hole-in-1) is registered under the federal Liability Risk Retention Act (1981 as amended 1986) to provide Hole-in-One and Contingency Prize Insurance. Under this registration, TSI Sports is permitted to represent both admitted and nonadmitted surplus line carriers. TSI Sports also manages Risk Retention Groups (risk pools or self-insurance pools) on behalf of clients that meet the requirements of Sec. 3902 of the Liability Risk Retention Act. TSI Sports' expertise adds up to successful promotions and actuarial sound insurance programs for our clients.
